About the idea in brief:

Software risk management involves the process of identifying all the possible risks involved. This activity is done by the people who are involved in the application development. The identification of risks involves their categorization according to the priority & severity.

Once a risk has been successfully identified, all the possible causes are further identified & evaluated on the basis of their severity & probability of occurrence. Then, a particular risk is ranked on the basis of its probability of occurrence that helps in formulating proactive measures for risk mitigation. Risk identification is a continuous process that is performed during every phase of the software development life cycle.

We plan to develop an application through which people associated with the project would be able to login securely in the application in order to identify & evaluate risks associated with the project.
